• Transport by road to nearby concession areas

• Laundry service

• 15% VAT on daily rates and trophy fees 

 

PRICES EXCLUDE 

 

• Transport by road to and from Windhoek International Airport

• Transport from abroad to Windhoek International Airport, including airport taxes

• Transport to Windhoek for shopping

• Transport by air to concession areas

• International phone calls and faxes

• Personal and medical Insurance and medical expenses of any kind

• Taxidermist, packaging and shipping fees of trophies

• Import permits and fees required by countries other than Namibia

• Sightseeing excursions/trips other than on the game ranch

• Gratuities to camp staff 

• Trophy fees for game wounded and lost

• Accommodation expenses before and after the trophy hunting period.

 

 

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS   RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

 

• A deposit of U$2000 per hunter and U$500 per observer is payable to secure a booking. 

• Final payment for the hunt is payable upon presentation of the final invoice 

• All payments must be made in CASH ONLY

 

 

  CANCELLATIONS

 

• Cancellations must be in writing and are valid from the date of receipt thereof.

• No refund of deposit if cancelled within 12 months of booking made.

• No cancellation fees are applicable if you can provide us with an alternative client.  

• No cancellation fees are payable if a hunt is deferred by one calendar year only.

• Re-booked hunts will be subject to new price structure.

• Any hunt is potentially hazardous and it is essential that lawful directions and advice of the hunting outfit will be followed. 

• We strongly recommend our clients to arrange for the appropriate insurance cover against any possible claim that may arise from this hunt. 

• Whilst every precaution is taken, we do not accept any liability for loss, illness, accidents or delays, nor any expenses arising there from. 

• We undertake to exercise the utmost care and precaution to ensure our clients’ safety.
